Crazy Custard
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 TB vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Nutmeg, to taste
1 cup coconut, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8" or 9" pie plate. Put all ingredients in a blender and beat 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and top with coconut, if desired. Bake 45 minutes.
