1 eye roast - 5-6lbs
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1/3 pkg liptons onion soup mix

Line a roasting pan with heavy duty foil, leaving enough around the sides to seal top of roast later. Place roast in center or pan. Sprinkle over the roast (salt pepper garlic powder). Then sprinkle about 1/3 of the package of onion soup mix over the roast. Add celery and mushroom soups. Do not add water. If desired, put potatoes and carrote around roast. Cover with foild and make 350 for 1 1/2 hours for medium. Open the foil, baste the meat and put back in oven for 20 minutes. Do not cover so roast can brown. May cut slots and put cherry tomatoes in slots before seasoning.

Homemade strawberry rhubarb jam
Sift flour with sugar, soda, powder and salt. Combine egg, sour cream, milk and oil. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add liquid all at once. Mix until all particles are moist. Fill muff cups in three steps.
1-Put in a little batter
2-Put in a 1/2 tsp jam
3 - Add more batter on top.
4-Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 min

Grind orange, add to boiling water with shortening. Cool. Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add to liquid with eggs, vanilla and nuts. Add berries. Bake 1 hour at 350.
With electric mixer mix 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 2 T shortening and 3/4 c orange juice until well combined. In separate bowl mix 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 soda. Pour egg mix into flour mix and stir until flour is moistened. Stir in 1 cup coarsely chopped cranberries and 1/2 c nuts. Spread batter in greased 9x5 " loaf pan. Heat Oil in skillet or deep fat fryer to 360 degrees. Sift together the flour, powder, soda, spices and salt. Beat together sugars and eggs in large mixer until fluffy. Beat in 2 TB oil. Stire in flour mixture, alternatively with milk. Stir in applesauce and vanilla.
Carefully drop by level TBS 3 or 4 at a time into hot oil. Do not over crowd. Fry for 3 minutes, turning once. Transfer with tongs to paper towel to drain. Cool completely. May coat with powdered sugar.

Punch down. Let rest 15 minutes. Divide in half. 2 loaves. Let rise to double. Sprinkle topping on top and bake 350 for 35-45 minutes.
