Sourdough Bread

 1/2 c starter

1/4 c sugar

1/2 c water

1 c flour


Let set overnight.


1 1/2 c potatoe water

1 pkg dry yeast

2 t salt

2 T sugar

1/4 c oil

Add flour to make a stiff dough (4-6 c flour). Knead well. Place in lightly greased bowl and let rise til double. Divide into 2 loaves. Place in greased pan. Let rise and bake 400 for about 45 minutes.
